Ryan Kinsella
Dramatic baritone Ryan Kinsella recently performed the following roles in the United States: Holländer in Der fliegende Holländer (Opera Roanoke), Scarpia in Tosca (Opera at Florham), and Wanderer in Siegfried (New Jersey Concert Opera). Earlier roles include Germont in La Traviata (Central City Opera, Bronx Opera), Schaunard in La Bohème and Friedrich Bhaer in Little Women (Minnesota Opera), Sander in Zémire et Azor (Greenwood Music Festival), and Silvio in Pagliacci (Lake George Opera). He performed with New York City Opera, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, and Sarasota Opera as well. Mr. Kinsella also sang Vaughn Williams’ A Sea Symphony at Carnegie Hall and Walton’s Belshazzar’s Feast at the Kennedy Center. He is a past winner and finalist in several competitions including Wagner Division of the Gerda Lissner Competition, the Loren L. Zachary National Vocal Competition, and the Wagner Division of the Liederkranz Foundation Vocal Competition.
